Steve has worked directly with over 200 chief executives on business and strategic issues as both an internal confidante and external consultant for the past 30 years in almost all sectors and industries, both in North America and globally (leading external consulting firms for the past 16 years).

Steve has also keynoted over 80 TEC presentations to CEOs (“The Executive Center,” an International Association of CEOs)—for a total of 1,300 CEOs over the past 12 years as their premier resource on Strategic Planning, Strategic Change, Leadership Development, Strategic Business Design, and Strategic HR Management.
