  • Engineering degree with a minor in Foreign Affairs, along with four years of immersion in leadership development, United States Naval Academy (Annapolis).
  • Masters degree in Organizational Behavior, with a minor in Financial Management, George Washington University, Wahington, DC.
  • Completed coursework requirements and dissertation research for an Ed.D. in Management from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. Numerous post-doctoral courses year after year—"a lifelong learner.”

  • Has written two Volumes of the Haines' Comprehensive Reference Library on Creating the People/HR Edge (over 1,000 pages), Systems Thinking Press®.
  • Co-author of Strategic People/HR Planning book, Systems Thinking Press®.
  • Developed an online survey instrument to measure proven Best Practices in Six Natural People Edge Practice Levels.
  • Developed an online survey instrument to measure the Six Natural Levels of Leadership Competencies.
